*Finally* got my mother out of that rotten hospital and back home, where I can see a marked improvement already. I have hope now that I will be able to wean her off the ventilator (got my unofficial respiratory therapist badge) in a few weeks or months, but I'm pretty much writing off the holidays, as I don't think we will be in any mood or condition for celebrations (although my mother can eat specially prepared food with the trach).
I have to catch up on a few emails and lj mails (yes, I know I keep mentioning this, it's a bit of a mental tic of mine, I feel bad if I don't acknowledge that I still plan on answering ppl XD). Not going to be posting anything else personal here unless it's to say something like the weaning has worked. Just don't feel like writing too much about life now, since I have to be with my mother 24/7 while she is on the vent, and depression is kicking in hard at times. Will still be commenting and posting in other journals and still writing fan fics, although I may not keep up to date posting them in my lj. They'll be on ff.net and sometimes aff.net and other journals. Also still doing scans for Nakama and Valkyrie Scanlations, plus maybe having a dreamwidth journal to post scans I've done that no group has claimed for use. Also a myriad of other little projects to occupy my thoughts, if I actually feel like doing any of these things...(yuletide definitely though)
